WThis is an easy take on a drink found on the seasonal drinks list. This is a party-sized pre-mixed that's loaded with flavours of a Christmas time, which makes it ideal for a holiday party. Reserve the remaining citrus syrup for breakfast cocktails, puddings, or to make another batch of the drink.

For serving: Measure 85ml of your batch mix to a cocktail shaker packed with ice, gently stirring gently for about 60 seconds to cool it down. Filter into an frosted cocktail glass or a similar vessel, garnish with the cranberries adding the final touch by giving it a quick spritz with the mandarin essence above the glass.
